Idaho Is Number One in the Country

May 14, 2007 - With last year’s Fill-the-Boot numbers finalized, Idaho ranks number one in the country in dollars raised per member. Idaho fire fighters raised $272,989 in 2006 with almost 100 percent participation from state affiliates.

The MDA presented top honors to Meridian/NACFR, ID Local 2311 as the number-one fundraiser in the state, finishing at $44,204. Second place went to Boise, ID Local 149 which raised $40,287; third place went to Idaho Falls, ID Local 1565 for raising $25,524.
