INGREDIENTS

2 ice cubes
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup cottage cheese
2/3 cup frozen strawberries
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
RECIPE

  • Pour all the ingredients into a blender.
  • Put the lid on the blender and blend for 45 to 60 seconds or until smooth.
  • Pour smoothies into a glass. Enjoy!
