INGREDIENTS

1 12 oz. flavor-fresh tuna pouch, in water
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
3 tbsp nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup onion, finely diced
1 large tomato, seeded and diced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
1 cup torn spinach leaves
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  Fresh ground pepper to taste
6 whole wheat pita pocket halves
RECIPE

  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the pita pocket halves.
  • Fill each pocket half evenly with tuna, serve and enjoy!
