INGREDIENTS

4 center cut, boneless pork loin chops, 4-6 ounces each
1 tbsp olive oil
  Salt and pepper
RECIPE

  • Preheat the grill to medium high.
  • Sprinkle the pork chops with salt, pepper and drizzle the olive oil.
  • Place the pork chops on the grill. Grill until cooked through, about 6 minutes each side.
  • Place the pork chops on a warmed serving platter and let the rest for a few minutes prior to serving.
