INGREDIENTS

4 large whole wheat tortillas
1/2 deli roast beef, sliced thinly
4 romaine lettuce leaves
1 large tomato sliced thin
1 small red onion sliced thing
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
2 tbsp horseradish
  Salt and pepper to taste
RECIPE

  • Mix horseradish and mayonnaise together, spread on each tortilla.
  • Place in the middle of each tortilla – lettuce, roast beef, tomato and onion, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Roll up – start at one end, bring both sides in like an envelope, then continue rolling until finished – try to squeeze it a little to make it all fit – enjoy!
