BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

Jeffrey A. Caynon, President
 

Jeff Caynon has been the President of IAFF Local 341 for one year. He is a fourteen year veteran of the Houston Fire Department. Currently Jeff is an Engineer Operator Paramedic- Hazmat Tech assigned full time to the union hall as part of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Jeff served as a member of the Board of Directors for three years prior to becoming President. Additionally, he has served as the editor of the union’s monthly magazine, on the Grievance and Collective Bargaining Committees and chaired the EMS Committee.

Jeff has been married to his wife Gail for nine years. They have three children (Jacob, Jessica and Jennifer) and a dog.
