Mesa, AZ Local Poker Run To Benefit MDA

January 30, 2006 - Mesa, AZ Local 2260 will hold its Third Annual United Mesa Fire Fighters Poker Run April 7, 2006 to benefit MDA and other fire fighter charities. The event will be kicked off at Superstition Harley-Davidson in Apache Junction at 8:00 a.m. with a free pancake breakfast.

The ride, part of the 10th annual Arizona Bike Week, finishes at the HandleBar Saloon at WestWorld in Scottsdale in time for CycleFest 2006.

The one-time registration fee of $25 per rider and $15 per passenger includes an event T-shirt and commemorative ride pin for the first 250 registrants. All registered participants will also receive free entrance to Friday’s events at WestWorld, including a free concert by “The Guess Who.”
